More Than Just Digital Administration

We're real people building practical skills in an industry that changes faster than most textbooks. Since 2019, we've been helping folks understand what digital administration actually looks like when you're doing the work.

How We Got Started

Back in 2019, a couple of us were sitting around after a particularly frustrating day consulting for small businesses. Everyone wanted help managing their digital infrastructure, but most people didn't know where to start. And honestly? Most training programs seemed disconnected from what actually happens when you're managing systems day-to-day.

So we thought – why not teach this the way we learned it? Through real projects, actual challenges, and the kind of problems you'll run into when someone's website goes down at 3 PM on a Friday.

What started as weekend workshops in Wickliffe turned into something bigger. We brought in people who'd been in the trenches – folks who understood that digital administration isn't about memorizing commands, it's about solving problems under pressure.

What Drives Our Work

These aren't corporate values we put on a wall. They're how we actually run things around here.

Practical First

Theory matters, but we start with what you'll actually use next week. Every concept connects to real work situations you'll encounter.

Honest Feedback

We'll tell you when something needs work. Digital administration has standards, and we're here to help you meet them – not to make you feel good about half-finished projects.

Long-Term Thinking

This field changes constantly. We focus on building problem-solving skills that'll still matter when the specific tools evolve.

Who You'll Work With

Our instructors aren't career educators – they're people who still do this work. They teach here because they remember what it was like learning this stuff, and they want to make it easier for the next generation.

Our Teaching Approach

Most programs either go too theoretical or too focused on one specific toolset. We try to find the middle ground – teaching you the concepts that matter while giving you hands-on experience with current tools.

Our programs typically run September through May, giving you time to build real competency. We keep groups small because digital administration requires individual attention when you're troubleshooting or designing systems.

  • Project-based learning using scenarios from actual client situations
  • Regular feedback sessions where we review your work in detail
  • Access to our lab environment for testing and experimentation
  • Emphasis on documentation and communication skills alongside technical work

Looking Forward

Digital administration keeps evolving. Cloud infrastructure, automation, security concerns – the landscape shifts every few years. We're constantly updating our curriculum based on what our graduates tell us they're encountering in their jobs.

Our autumn 2025 cohort will include expanded modules on cloud administration and infrastructure automation. Not because it's trendy, but because that's where the work is going and students need those skills to stay relevant.

We're also exploring partnerships with local businesses for supervised project work. Nothing beats learning on real systems with actual stakes – just with experienced guidance to prevent disasters.
